We strive to deliver the finest care at a reasonable fee to our patients; therefore payment of your portion of the fee is due at the time services are rendered. If you have questions regarding your account or payment options, please contact one of our office locations.
As a courtesy, for patients that have dental insurance, we will complete and submit your claim to your insurance carrier.
For your convenience we accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Debit Cards and Care Credit.

Will I have to pay anything at the time of my visit?
All payment is due at the time of service. If you have a co-payment or a percentage that is not covered by your insurance, we ask that it is paid at the time of your appointment.
What will my co-pay be?
Since everyone has different insurance and different coverage, it is hard for us to determine exactly what your co-pay will be, prior to checking your insurance. Due to HIPAA laws, we are unable to check your insurance until you come into our office and sign a release form to do so. Before you see the doctor, we will tell you exactly what your co-pay will be.
